Business Ethics 

-While collaborate with the manufacturing factories, we are also highly expecting the factories to practice business ethics.-

We would require the factory to fulfill the following requirements:

Legal Requirements

Factories have to fulfill all legal and statutory requirements of the countries in which it operates.

Legitimate Employment

Child labor, forced labor would not be tolerated. Healthy, lawful, and highly capable employees will only be hired. The factory should keep every employee`s personal data in order to be verified. 

Security Concerns

The factory should be concerned about all security concerns, including but not limited to, Access Controls, Physical Security, Procedural Security, Personnel Security, and Education & Awareness Training. Further, all measures are in place to prevent any kind of unauthorized or unidentified access to the factory premises.

Wages, Reasonable working time

Workers should be paid a reasonable salary. Overworking should be prohibited. If workers do work overtime, extra overtime pay should be paid.

Nondiscrimination

Factories should ensure affirmative action in providing equal opportunities without regard to race, religion, creed, color, sex, age, or national origin.

Safe & Clean Working Environment

The manufacturing facilities are expected to equip with proper lighting & sanitation facilities. The working conditions and equipment should be safe as possible to prevent work-related injuries. Medical room will be setted 

Harassment and Abuse

Harassment and abuse are strictly prohibited.

 
 

 

 Safety Concerns

Emergency exits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, pit hydrants, hydrants, should be prepared and conformed with the safety relegation. Medical room will be setted, and health care workers will on call during the work time.
